J30-40XN
Equipment type:
4 Wheel Electric Forklift Trucks
The truck’s robust mast design delivers high visibility, helping operators perform reliable, high-performance lifting around the clock. A range of masts (LFL and FFL) is available with several tilt options to suit the needs of every application. The mast design also allows good visibility of the load and forks thanks to a wide mast window and neatly routed hoses.
The robust chassis construction, combined with steel hoods and durable side covers to protect from impact damage and provides durability and stability that boosts operator confidence and increases productivity.
The operator compartment offers a practical and comfortable working environment with controls within easy reach to help reduce operator fatigue. Generous foot space, intuitive pedal arrangement and low step and hood heights provide a comfortable working space.
On/off access and driving in reverse causes less fatigue over long shifts. The steering column is infinitely adjustable via adjustable gas spring support and optional height adjustment is also available. The memory tilt option allows the steering column to be released to the most vertical position to allow the operator to get off the truck easily. When returning to the cab, the operator simply pulls the steer column back to the pre-set position.
The e-braking system uses regenerative braking to deliver effective load handling, improved energy efficiency, reduced energy consumption and increased uptime. The Zero Turn Radius axle provides a tight turn radius, allowing for a roomier, more comfortable truck in which to maneuver when operating in standard working aisles.
Virtually maintenance-free components mean a full service check isn’t required until 1,000 hours of use. Built-in thermal protection on traction motors and the advanced cooling system protect truck components, leading to reduced maintenance costs. Fast delivery of diagnostic
information allows precise troubleshooting, easy maintenance planning and lower costs. E-braking and e-steering systems reduce ‘wear parts’ and and are less vulnerable to ingress of dirt and floor debris, reducing maintenance costs.
IP54 enclosed traction motors and IP65 rated controls prevent ingress of water and dust particles, reducing the probability of truck breakdown. Access to diagnostic information via the display or plug-in point on the steering column allows engineers to monitor truck conditions and plan maintenance requirements.
