Description

We’re seeking a reliable and safety-focused PARTS RUNNER to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for transporting a wide variety of parts between vendors, customers, and company locations. The ideal candidate enjoys driving, is organized, and can safely handle and lift heavy materials while maintaining a professional attitude with customers and suppliers

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, and materials in a safe and timely manner.
  
• Drive company vehicles throughout the workday, averaging 5-7 hours of driving daily.
  
• Load, unload, and transport parts weighing up to 100 pounds.
  
• Verify orders and ensure accurate delivery of parts and materials.
  
• Maintain delivery records and obtain signatures when required.
  
• Communicate with dispatch, vendors, and team members regarding delivery schedules and priorities.
  
• Assist with inventory organization and warehouse duties as needed.
  
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
  
• Identify opportunities to recommend preventive maintenance or additional services to customers when appropriate
  
• Work closely with the Field Service Manager and team leads to align daily priorities and resource allocation
  
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and a clean, organized dispatch/office area
  
• Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws.
  

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 pounds.
  
• Ability to spend extended periods driving and entering/exiting vehicles throughout the day.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Previous delivery, warehouse, automotive, or parts-running experience preferred but not required.
